In the following guide, original UK screening dates and episode order for The Prisoner series are given for all the major regional ITV broadcast areas in operation at the time. The exceptions are ULSTER who started showing it in a late slot from January 1968 onwards, HTV WEST who didn't start their run until the 7th of July 1969, and HTV Wales who gave it an afternoon slot in 1970. These three are not included in the guide as I don't have their information.
The two "Danger Man" colour episodes, "Koroshi" and "Shinda Shima" were screened over December 1967/January 1968.

Some regions inserted these into the "Prisoner" slot, shifting the series to a later time as it's popularity started to wane. Westward, in moving the series, had to drop a number of films from their late-evening schedules including, on 14th Jan, McGoohan's "The Quare Fellow".
